For hands: Scoop a quarter sized dollop into the palm of your hands and massage thoroughly with heavy pressure for 30 seconds to one minute. Rinse with warm water. For optimal hand care, follow up with our deeply hydrating body salve, I AM SOOTHED.

 

For body: Position the jar in a secure location just outside your shower to keep it dry. Step into the shower, but avoid direct water exposure initially. Using your hands, lightly moisten the areas you wish to exfoliate with a small amount of water. Massage gently with heavy pressure and pace that feels pleasurable, ensuring not to exceed one minute on any single area. Once all desired areas are treated, rinse off and revel in the rejuvenation of your skin. For enhanced results, apply one of our moisturizers post-shower to lock in that incredible hydration.
